“I've dreamed of starting my own business for as long as I can remember. After spending four years working as a barista, I fell in love not just with the art of coffee, but with the connections it creates. With the encouragement and support of my family, Eclipse Coffee & Tea came to life. We wanted to build something that serves more than just incredible coffee — we wanted to create a space that brings people together to celebrate life, community, and each other.
